Sandbox Holistic LED Touch Table - Pensar

Sandbox is Pensar LED’s newest Holistic series product designed as a portable/deployable 
touchscreen and can be converted to a planning table as well as upright. Available with
pneumatic wheels, sand pads, or castors for TOC/FOB use. Available sizes in 54”/81”/104”. 
It is impact and water resistant. For touchscreen use can be hardened and gasket sealed.
Pensar LED Displays Sandbox LED Videowall/Table is an advanced decision support 
display designed to provide military commanders and agencies with a touch controllable 
display for COP software architecture1 for mission management. Utilizing Pensar LED’s 
Holistic LED technology and is built from standard 23”x13” LED cabinets. The primary 
benefits of the Holistic Sandbox is the extremely low power consumption and heat load.

The benefits of using Pensar LED’s high performance Holistic LED technology are: 

Low heat load

• 172 BTU/hr max for a low 58 BTU/hr touchpanel surface 

Cabinet depth

• Holistic cabinets are only 1.3” thick 

High Contrast

• Inking technology combined with COB technology allows for the PCB to be much blacker 
  improving the contrast to 16,000:1 provides multi-depth b/w drone and battlefield imagery performance.

Common Cathode Full Flip Chip COB technology

• Unlike Chip Flip SMD, Flip Chip COB removes an entire layer of encapsulation. This 
  allows chips inside the SMD to be attached directly to the PCB board, removing a major 
  failure point. This improves the overall reliability of the display.
